Deposit, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit reserves the selected rental items for the customer’s event date and removes those items from availability for other customers.
The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the event date. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the event date, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file in order to confirm a reservation. If no credit card is placed on file, the request will remain a quote and the rental items will not be reserved.
Rental items are not sold products and are not eligible for traditional returns. All rental items remain the property of Black Hat Rentals LLC and must be returned, picked up, or made available for pickup at the end of the rental period in the same condition in which they were delivered, normal wear excluded.
Black Hat Rentals LLC does not offer refunds for unused rental items, early returns, changes in event plans, customer failure to use the rented items, customer failure to meet delivery or setup requirements, or cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.
If a customer needs to change an event date, Black Hat Rentals LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow the reservation to be rescheduled based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees, delivery availability, seasonal restrictions, or updated rental pricing.
If Black Hat Rentals LLC is unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation due to circumstances within the company’s control, the customer may be offered a replacement item, rental credit, rescheduled rental date, or refund at the sole discretion of Black Hat Rentals LLC.
By completing a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the deposit, cancellation, return, and refund terms listed above, along with all other rental terms, waivers, and policies of Black Hat Rentals LLC.
