Black Hat Rentals LLC provides event rental equipment including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, tents, linens, coolers, beverage dispensers, and inflatable rentals. Rental inventory, pricing, and availability may vary by event date, location, delivery requirements, setup needs, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

By reserving rental equipment from Black Hat Rentals LLC, the customer agrees to use all rented items in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner. The customer is responsible for supervising rental items during the rental period, following all safety instructions, preventing misuse, and ensuring that rented items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, normal wear excluded.

The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment, including but not limited to injury, property damage, misuse, weather-related risks, improper supervision, and failure to follow safety guidelines. Black Hat Rentals LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, or losses caused by customer misuse, unsafe conditions, severe weather, acts of nature, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Inflatable rentals require responsible adult supervision at all times while in use. Customers must follow all posted and provided safety rules, including capacity limits, age and weight restrictions, weather restrictions, and proper use requirements. Inflatable units may not be used during high winds, storms, lightning, heavy rain, or any other unsafe conditions.

Black Hat Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery, setup, or continued rental use if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, or otherwise not appropriate for the rented equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, poor weather, unsuitable ground conditions, insufficient space, unsafe placement areas, restricted access, or failure to meet setup requirements.

All rentals are subject to Black Hat Rentals LLC’s full rental terms, waiver, cancellation policy, payment requirements, delivery policy, and damage responsibility terms. By completing a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
