Renter shall pay a deposit at the time of reservation. This fee is 50% of the total rental charge. A credit card number is also required on file in order to place an order.

Black Hat Rentals LLC will initiate any approved refund within 10 business days of receiving written notice of cancellation. 

ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE.

By placing a credit card number on file, you are accepting the terms of the rental agreement and confirming that the customer agrees to receive all items on the invoice.

Bounce house rentals may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date with no penalty and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will be charged the full rental amount. An exception may be granted for outdoor events if, in the sole discretion of Black Hat Rentals LLC, inclement weather would create unsafe or damaging conditions for the inflatable equipment.

All other rental items, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, and coolers, require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellation. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made prior to the 7-day window are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Don't see a linen color that matches your event? Let us know. If linens are specially ordered, linen payment must be paid in full at the time the order is placed, and once ordered, there are no cancellations allowed for linens, no exceptions
